RECENT NEWS

October 2018:

Pine Island Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle fire on Saturday, October 13th. Crews extinguished the fire and remained on scene until the tow company arrived. Olmsted County Sheriff's Office and State Patrol were on scene.

August 2018:

Firefighters responded to a fully engulfed barn fire. Rochester Fire, Oronoco 1st Responders, Gold Cross Ambulance, & Olmsted County Sheriffs Office assited on scene. 

June 2018:

Firefighters battled a shed fire around noon on Sunday in Oronoco. It happened on the 1600 block of Sattre Rd NW.

Fire Prevention Open House

October 11th 2018, 5-7pm @ Fire Station

Thanks to all that came to the Open House! Reminder to change smoke detector batteries and have a plan in case of a fire!

We also dedicate ourselves to protect and preserve the health of our members and return them safely to their families. 

     The Pine Island Fire Department continues our nation’s rich tradition of volunteerism through extensive involvement in the community; assisting and supporting a wide variety of organizations and events.
